As a full-service florist with over 10 years in the Oklahoma Wedding Space, we speak the language of flowers. You don't have to have a complete vision - you don't have to be familiar with the details of weddings and receptions - you don’t even need to know the name of a single flower.  You only need to be yourself, have an idea of the feeling you want to create for you and your guests, and bring all your dreams and ideas to your initial consultation.  You can relax, we’ve got ya!

Our team of floral experts will collaborate with you to bring your floral vision to life, overseeing every step from the initial consultation to the big day.  Our full service service includes consultations, tailored mood boards, detailed custom proposals, and flexibility for revisions. Our aim is to seamlessly bring your vision to life, taking into consideration the budget, flower availability, and logistical constraints.

At Garden Party, we understand that weddings come in all shapes and sizes, which is why we love working with clients with varying budgets and intentions. Whether you're eloping and seeking something simple or planning a grand celebration with a large guest list, we have the experience and skill set to suit every need.  We love helping you to celebrate your love - however you choose to do so!

What to expect during the Full Service Wedding booking process with Garden Party:

  • In person or Zoom Consultation (whatever works best for the couple) with GP Owner and Lead Designer, Brian, and another GP event designer. This meeting typically lasts between 20 minutes and 1 hour - depending on the extent of the florals. We’ll get to know each other, talk over your designs, look at inspiration photos together and dream big! If the couple needs recommendations on other vendors - we’ll help pair them up with amazing vendors we’ve worked with over the last 10 years who we think will be a good match.

  • GP will then prepare a comprehensive Initial Proposal that includes line item pricing ranges for each floral piece, descriptions of the florals, lots and lots of inspiration photos to help hone in on the couples design style, sketches of special one-of-a-kind designs, and when necessary we’ll help with room layouts/diagrams or linen color recommendations. This Initial Proposal is typically in our couple’s inbox in less than 3 days.

  • When the couple decides they want to work with GP - they either give feedback via email or another in-person/Zoom meeting. The proposal will go through a few rounds of revisions until it’s concise and complete - and our couples are super excited about their designs and can’t stop from smiling thinking of their wedding blooms.

  • Next, a Wedding Agreement is signed and Deposit (1/2 of total) is made to officially book and get the couple on our calendar.

  • In the time period between booking and the wedding, Garden Party is always a phone call or email away - the proposal can be added to at any time, or we are happy to provide resources and give opinions on all things wedding - flowers or not! We are here for our couples.

  • Garden Party will reach out to go over details again - though email, in person meeting, or Zoom - to touch base and reconnect, confirm numbers, delivery timing, and discuss any concerns our couple has. At this time, we can adjust numbers of table arrangements (either up or down) based on RSVPs and adjust the couple’s balance accordingly.

  • The day of the wedding the Garden Party Team arrives and delivers beautiful, fresh florals - bringing the couple’s vision and proposal to life for their special day.
