Our personalized Bouquet Bar is the perfect addition to your next event - from baby showers and bridal showers to birthday parties and sorority events.

The Garden Party Flower Bar includes:

  • A variety of personalized, seasonally appropriate blooms and greens to coordinate with your event

  • On site delivery, set-up and removal (additional fee for on-site designer) 

  • Craft paper wraps, twine, white backdrop, tiered bucket stand, bouquet wrapping station, stickers, directions sign, clippers and all additional materials needed for your guests to create a mini bouquet (no vase)

Packages begin at $350 and up (average of $25/person), depending on flower variety and availability.

FAQ

What type of flowers are included?
We plan on 5-6 blooms and greenery per individual and work with you to pick out the best colors and types of blooms to fit your event.  Types of blooms are determined based on pricing level and can include carnations, spray-roses, mums, mini-carnations, sunflowers, stock flower, Larkspur, delphinium, roses, tulips, zinnias, gerber daisies, pompoms, snapdragons, baby’s breath or other fresh in-season florals and lush greenery.

Can I put my own sign/decor on the white wall
We are happy to help hang signage or decor on the wall - no nails or tacks may be used on the front of the wall. 

Can I just rent the greenery wall?

Of course!

Our Faux Boxwood Wall is also available as 8’ W x 8’ L or 4’ W x 8’ L.

How long is the bar rental?
We arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event for set up. Once set up is done, we leave and return when event is over (unless you have contracted for an on-site designer). 

Do I have to break down and clean up?
Nope!  At the conclusion of your event, the Garden Party team will come back and take down the wall, sweep, and clean up the space.  You don’t need to do anything!

Does Garden Party stay during the event?
You have the option of adding an Garden Party team member as an on-site designer ($20/hour) to help your guest select and wrap their bouquets. 

What is breakdown of cost?
The wall, tiered bucket stand, wrapping station, craft paper, stickers, clippers, and twine rental fee is $100
Average cost of blooms is $25 per person, but can vary depending on types of blooms you select.  But don’t worry, one of our Garden Party designers will help you select the best blooms for your look and budget!

What if I don’t like the white wall that comes with the bar?
If you prefer a faux boxwood backdrop, you can change to an 8’x4’ Faux Boxwood Wall for $50 or a 8’x8’ Faux Boxwood Wall for $100.  We can also help you add signage and decor to the boxwood walls. 

How does payment work?
Payment in full is due a week before the workshop date.  Payment must be made by a single individual, we cannot take payment from each individual attending the workshop separately.
