Garden Party was opened in downtown Stillwater by Stillwater native Brian Hobbs, with the mission of bringing color, style, and quality service to Stillwater – not to mention lots and lots of beautiful blooms.
2015-2022
What started as flowers, quickly grew to seasonal décor, gifts, event coordination, event rentals, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and more. We are naturally born helpers, but that lead to being over committed
2023
We said goodbye to our 1st home and got back to our roots at 520 W 6th in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Refocusing on fresh-cut flowers for everyday occasions and weddings, green plants, and a selection of colorful gifts. We’re your go-to for all things blooming and beautiful.

Brian
Founder + Lead Designer
Meet Brian, the visionary founder of Garden Party. With deep roots in Stillwater, OK, Brian combines his passion for nature with his expertise as a psychologist. His innate ability to listen and understand people's needs has shaped Garden Party into a place where every arrangement tells a unique story. At Garden Party, Brian's goal is to create more than just floral arrangements; he aims to craft experiences that resonate on a personal level, making each event truly special.
Nathan
Shop Manager + Designer
Nathan is a black and whiter learning how to enjoy the world of color. His favorite part about Garden Party is delivering smiles to the Stillwater Community. In 2023, Nathan shifted from a career in Higher Education Nonprofit to exploring the world of flowers. He grew up in Miami, OK and transplanted to Stillwater in 2007 where he quickly found Home. Outside of the shop, he’s most likely chasing his three kiddos (referred to as Triple L’s), working on projects around the house with his wife, or finding his way back to baseball.

Sara
Shop Manager + Designer
Meet Sara, the shop manager and floral designer at Garden Party. With a creative touch, Sara ensures every arrangement is satisfactory. When she’s not crafting beautiful bouquets, you can find Sara immersed in her favorite video games or spending quality time with her beloved dogs and husband, Greg.

Junior Designer
Meet Cates, a junior floral designer at Garden Party. With a passion for plants and flowers, Cates brings a fresh and unique perspective to every arrangement. When not at the shop, Cates loves indulging in shopping trips and staying updated with the latest trends. Known for a friendly and sociable nature, Cates always has the juiciest tea to spill, making workdays lively and fun.

Junior Designer
Meet Reese, a junior floral designer at Garden Party. A dedicated student at Oklahoma State University majoring in Athletic Training, Reese expertly juggles academics with a passion for floral design. When not immersed in her studies or crafting beautiful arrangements, Reese is a proud horse mom, spending cherished moments with her equine companions.

Junior Designer
Meet Natalie, a junior floral designer at Garden Party. Currently pursuing a degree in Education at Oklahoma State University, Natalie expertly balances her studies with her passion for floral design. In addition to her work at the shop, she is an avid social media creator, sharing her love for flowers and creativity with a growing online community.

Delivery Driver
Meet Jacob, a floral delivery driver at Garden Party. While pursuing a degree in Engineering at Oklahoma State University, Jacob expertly manages his time between his studies and ensures that every floral delivery is handled with care and efficiency. In addition to his work and academic commitments, Jacob is a key member of the university’s racing team, showcasing his passion for engineering and precision.

Mr. Meo
Shop Cat
Meet Meo, the shop cat at Garden Party. With his striking black and white fur and piercing gaze, he’s got the kind of style that turns heads—and he knows it. He might have a moody streak, but don’t let that fool you—he secretly loves attention (on his terms, of course). You’ll often find him lounging in his favorite striped chair or sitting on the desk patiently waiting for you to come visit. If you’re lucky, he might even let you give him a scratch behind the ears. Just don’t ignore him.
